This is an orchestration of Henry Purcell's Funeral March for Queen Mary for acoustic guitar in drop D tuning. There are four layered parts.

Agreed. I have always wanted to do something with this song since I heard it in Rise of the Triad a long time ago. =) Will probably be bridging acoustic guitar with sonic elements that are Telefon Tel Aviv-ish, or even similar to Simon Posford's work in Shpongle and Younger Brother.
would go well with some atmospheric techno sounds
